Polic\u00eda Municipal, de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y de Bomberos Mazatl\u00e1n, concluyeron con \u00e9xito esta tarde un curso con el obtuvieron certificaci\u00f3n como t\u00e9cnicos en rescates.<br><br>Gustavo Espinoza Bastidas, Comandante de los salvavidas, destac\u00f3 que en la pr\u00e1ctica final, el grupo de Mazatl\u00e1n obtuvo el primer lugar en armar un sistema de poleas para rescate de personas en un veh\u00edculo, al registrar 37 segundos.<br><br>Destac\u00f3 que con este curso, que dur\u00f3 4 d\u00edas, est\u00e1n m\u00e1s preparados para enfrentar y atender alguna emergencia en el agua.<br><br>Entra la tem\u00e1tica que abordaron esta: Equipo B\u00e1sico, Hipotermia, Comunicaciones, Din\u00e1micas del r\u00edo, T\u00e9cnicas de autosocorro, Lanzamiento de cuerda, Rescate desde la orilla, y Clasificaci\u00f3n de grupos de rescate. <br><br>Agreg\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n trabajaron los  niveles de atenci\u00f3n, desde el de conciencia para identificar peligros en las inundaciones; de operaciones y el t\u00e9cnico, en donde Se prepararon sobre la Fisiolog\u00eda del rescate, seguridad del rescatista, sistema con balsas, sistema de cruce de r\u00edo, rescate diurna y nocturna, y rescate en carro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul
