{"id":30680,"date":"2025-12-04T21:15:30","date_gmt":"2025-12-05T04:15:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eticacomunica.com.mx\/?p=30680"},"modified":"2025-12-04T21:15:30","modified_gmt":"2025-12-05T04:15:30","slug":"gobierno-de-sinaloa-reconoce-en-el-galardon-sabor-sinaloense-al-sector-gastronomico-motor-de-mas-de-23-mil-empleos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eticacomunica.com.mx\/?p=30680","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno de Sinaloa reconoce en el Galard\u00f3n \u201cSabor Sinaloense\u201d al sector gastron\u00f3mico, motor de m\u00e1s de 23 mil empleos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la ceremonia organizada por CANIRAC Culiac\u00e1n, el secretario de Econom\u00eda, en representaci\u00f3n del gobernador Rub\u00e9n Rocha Moya, subray\u00f3 la importancia del sector restaurantero en la cultura y el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico de Sinaloa.<br><br>Culiac\u00e1n, Sinaloa, 04 de diciembre de 2025.- El Galard\u00f3n \u201cSabor Sinaloense\u201d organizado por la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria Restaurantera y Alimentos Condimentados reuni\u00f3 en Culiac\u00e1n a quienes todos los d\u00edas dan vida a uno de los sectores m\u00e1s din\u00e1micos y representativos del estado: la gastronom\u00eda. En este encuentro, el secretario de Econom\u00eda, Feliciano Castro Mel\u00e9ndrez, en representaci\u00f3n del gobernador Rub\u00e9n Rocha Moya, destac\u00f3 la fuerza cultural, econ\u00f3mica y social que el sector restaurantero aporta a Sinaloa.<br><br>En su mensaje, Castro Mel\u00e9ndrez enfatiz\u00f3 que la preparaci\u00f3n de alimentos y bebidas es una actividad que sostiene empleo, ingreso y comunidad. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la gastronom\u00eda es un componente clave de la econom\u00eda estatal, al recordar que comercio y servicios aportan 67.8% del PIB de Sinaloa, y que en Culiac\u00e1n el sector terciario representa casi 40% del PIB municipal. Adem\u00e1s, precis\u00f3 que este ramo emplea a m\u00e1s de 23 mil personas, de las cuales casi la mitad pertenece a la capital sinaloense.<br><br>\u201cTodas las personas que se dedican a la actividad de los restaurantes y de ofertar alimentos les corresponde propiciar las condiciones para que nuestra comunidad avance a un proceso de cohesi\u00f3n comunitaria, desde la perspectiva del amor\u201d, subray\u00f3.<br><br>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la alimentaci\u00f3n sinaloense tiene un origen rural y que, en cualquier restaurante o fonda del estado, siempre se encuentra \u201cla nostalgia del paladar\u201d asociada a las comunidades y a la cuna de origen.<br><br>\u201cNunca olvidemos la cuna, el origen de la comida sinaloense; estamos en deuda con el medio rural. En el tr\u00e1nsito hacia lo urbano portamos esa forma de concebir nuestros alimentos, esa es la gran obra cultural que todos los agremiados realizan. Felicidades por ello y les reitero el reconocimiento del gobernador Rub\u00e9n Rocha Moya\u201d, expres\u00f3.<br><br>Por su parte, Karla Fernanda Garc\u00eda, presidenta de CANIRAC Culiac\u00e1n, destac\u00f3 que el Galard\u00f3n \u201cSabor Sinaloense\u201d no solo premia la excelencia gastron\u00f3mica, sino que reconoce \u201cel coraz\u00f3n y el esfuerzo de quienes d\u00eda a d\u00eda ponen el alma en el fog\u00f3n y en la mesa para hacer de Culiac\u00e1n un destino culinario de referencia\u201d.<br><br>\u201cLa cocina es un patrimonio cultural de todos y cada uno de nosotros, no solo es una experiencia de vida, la cocina es nuestra identidad propia, individual y social, es tambi\u00e9n nuestra salud y nuestro sustento de d\u00eda a d\u00eda\u201d, mencion\u00f3.<br><br>Agreg\u00f3 que el sector gastron\u00f3mico y restaurantero es fundamental para la recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de Culiac\u00e1n. \u201cCada restaurante abierto es una fuente de empleo de m\u00e1s de 10 mil familias, cada platillo servido en nuestra mesa representa a cada uno de los proveedores que hoy est\u00e1n presentes, y cada experiencia gastron\u00f3mica atrae turismo y genera un orgullo local. No somos un sector m\u00e1s, somos un sector y un motor econ\u00f3mico, cultural y social\u201d, precis\u00f3.<br><br>En el evento se reconocieron categor\u00edas como: Emprendimiento del A\u00f1o, Trayectoria y Legado Gastron\u00f3mico, Premio del P\u00fablico al Mejor Servicio del A\u00f1o, Mejor Chef, Revelaci\u00f3n del A\u00f1o, Mejor Cocina de Autor, Mejor Representante de la Cocina de los Pueblos, Mejor Cenadur\u00eda o Cocina de Mercado y M\u00e1ximo Guardi\u00e1n de la Cocina Tradicional Sinaloense.<br><br>Estuvieron presentes como invitados de honor la secretaria de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico de Culiac\u00e1n, Janet Tostado; Rodolfo D\u00edaz, director de Difusi\u00f3n y Promoci\u00f3n del ISIC; as\u00ed como los expresidentes de CANIRAC, Alma Cecilia Inzunza y Arturo Colin Trujillo.
