EN Gastronom\u00eda de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Sinaloa, realizaron la edici\u00f3n 2025 de la Expo Emprendedora \u201cRa\u00edces Culinarias de M\u00e9xico\u201d.<br><br>Inaugurando el evento, estuvo presente el Vicerrector de la zona, Dr. Manuel Iv\u00e1n Tostado Ram\u00edrez, qui\u00e9n destaco la relevancia de esta actividad. Ya que con ella se pone en alto el nombre de la Casa Rosalina.<br><br>\u201cVerlos trabajar en equipo y degustar las ra\u00edces culinarias de M\u00e9xico de las diferentes culturas, de los diferentes sabores; del pasado y actuales, reunidos aqu\u00ed acompa\u00f1ados de sus padres y maestros, habla de la uni\u00f3n familiar que existe en la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Sinaloa. Felicidades a la maestra Raquel Aguayo por emprender con este tipo de eventos que son muy importantes para nosotros\u201d, comparti\u00f3 Tostado Ram\u00edrez. <br><br>La Dra. Raquel Aguayo Gonz\u00e1lez , directora de la Unidad Acad\u00e9mica de Gastronom\u00eda y Nutrici\u00f3n Mazatl\u00e1n, comparti\u00f3 el objetivo de presentar ante el p\u00fablico cada uno de los proyectos.<br><br>\u201cEsta es una expo emprendedores en donde los alumnos realizaron un proyecto donde el principal objetivo es resaltar las ra\u00edces culinarias de nuestro M\u00e9xico exponiendo diferentes conceptos, haciendo de esta muestra algo muy especial porque este a\u00f1o realizamos una colaboraci\u00f3n con la Lic. en dise\u00f1o Industrial de la FADI en donde los estudiantes fusionaron sus saberes y nos otorgaron estas vajillas especiales para presentar los alimentos\u201d expres\u00f3 Aguayo Gonz\u00e1lez. <br><br>Por su parte, el M.C. Edgar Alonso Campos Ram\u00edrez destac\u00f3 la sinergia y participaci\u00f3n de los estudiantes de la Facultad de Arquitectura y Dise\u00f1o (FADI) con la elaboraci\u00f3n de vajillas para la presentaci\u00f3n de los respectivos alimentos.&nbsp; <br><br>\u201cComo ejercicio final tuvimos la sinergia y colaboraci\u00f3n con alumnos de la escuela de Gastronom\u00eda en donde cada alumno desarrollaba un men\u00fa y nosotros, por nuestra parte, desarrollamos un concepto de platos de porcelana y barro&nbsp; que acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1n la tem\u00e1tica y est\u00e9tica de los restaurantes\u201d, comparti\u00f3 Campos Ram\u00edrez. <br><br>La edici\u00f3n 2025 cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 150 estudiantes universitarios y 20 stands tematizados con \u00e9pocas emblem\u00e1ticas de M\u00e9xico como lo fueron: Ra\u00edz de Agave, La Estaci\u00f3n, Mictlan, Entre Botellas y Sombreros, Dore\u00e9 y Cielo Rojo, por mencionar algunos. <br><br>Los universitarios presentaron prototipos de restaurantes que captan la esencia y riqueza de la diversidad gastron\u00f3mica de M\u00e9xico y sus antepasados, resaltando la identidad ind\u00edgena e hist\u00f3rica del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enalteciendo la cultura gastron\u00f3mica de M\u00e9xico, alumnos de la Lic.
