En ese sentido, como nutri\u00f3loga preciso dos recomendaciones importantes, una de ellas es tratar de cuidar mucho la cantidad de lo que consumimos y la frecuencia en que lo hacemos. Es sumamente importante no satanizar los alimentos, al contrario, tratar de consumir todos los alimentos que son de temporada, sobre todo lo que son las mandarinas, as\u00ed como las verduras y los dem\u00e1s grupos de alimentos que se encuentran dentro de lo recomendable por un nutri\u00f3logo y que, por lo tanto, mantiene la salud de una persona\u201d, destac\u00f3. <br><br>La docente e investigadora de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Nutrici\u00f3n y Gastronom\u00eda (FCNyG) de la UAS manifest\u00f3 que otro problema que se genera en estas fechas por el exceso de comida es que generalmente el peso ganado no se pierde por falta de convicci\u00f3n, acumul\u00e1ndose al paso de los a\u00f1os, por ello es importante prestar atenci\u00f3n a esto. <br><br>\u201cEs importante despu\u00e9s de saber si el paciente o la paciente subi\u00f3 de peso comenzar una rutina diferente a la que se acostumbr\u00f3 a las vacaciones, en ese sentido es recomendable realizar de 30 a 40 minutos de ejercicio, trate de estar consumiendo agua y evitar refrescos, por ejemplo, bebidas azucaradas, as\u00ed como una dieta un poco m\u00e1s equilibrada y controlada en cuanto a la frecuencia y el consumo de los alimentos que pueden provocar un aumento de peso de manera repentina\u201d, recomend\u00f3. <br><br>Asimismo, la especialista en Nutrici\u00f3n indic\u00f3 que es muy importante hoy en estas \u00e9pocas de fiesta no prohibir o satanizar ning\u00fan alimento, por lo que invita mejor a tener control en el consumo, no excederse y s\u00ed disfrutar ya que son fechas especiales, pero sin perder la medida y que despu\u00e9s afecte significativamente la salud.&nbsp;
