En representaci\u00f3n del Gobernador del Estado, Dr. Rub\u00e9n Rocha Moya, la secretaria de las Mujeres de Sinaloa, Ana Chiquete Elizalde, presidi\u00f3 el acto c\u00edvico conmemorativo del 102 aniversario luctuoso del General Rafael Buelna Tenorio, conocido como \u201cEl Granito de Oro\u201d, destacado personaje de la historia sinaloense.<br><br>La ceremonia c\u00edvica tuvo lugar en la explanada de Palacio de Gobierno en el que se honr\u00f3 su memoria izando la Bandera Nacional de M\u00e9xico a media asta y entonando el Himno Nacional Mexicano a cargo del maestro Humberto Zazueta, acompa\u00f1ado de la banda de guerra de la Novena Zona Militar y la Guardia Nacional. <br><br>Tras finalizar este acto, las autoridades se desplazaron hacia la Rotonda de los Sinaloenses Ilustres, en donde se llev\u00f3 a cabo una guardia de honor y semblanza del general Buelna Tenorio.<br><br>La secretaria, estuvo acompa\u00f1ada en estos actos del Poder Legislativo, Dip. Kristiam Alexis Espinoza Garc\u00eda; Poder Judicial, Magdo. Presidente del STJES, Jes\u00fas Iv\u00e1n Ch\u00e1vez Rangel; la titular de la Secretar\u00eda de las Mujeres de Culiac\u00e1n, Lcda. Mar\u00eda Elena Armenta Rocha, el Capit\u00e1n Segundo de Infanter\u00eda y representante de la 9\/a zona Militar, Arnoldo Jim\u00e9nez Reyes; el Capit\u00e1n Primero y representante de la Guarria Nacional, Francisco Luneston Ruiz, as\u00ed como del Capit\u00e1n Primero, representante de la Base A\u00e9rea Militar No.10 C\u00e9sar Aar\u00f3n Castro Ju\u00e1rez. <br><br>Presentes tambi\u00e9n estuvieron el Secretario de Salud, Cuitl\u00e1huac Gonz\u00e1lez Galindo; Dr. Santiago Inzunza C\u00e1zarez, Director de COBAES, personal de ISDE, PC, ICATSIN, SSPYTM, SSP, as\u00ed como personal de la Secretar\u00eda de las Mujeres de Sinaloa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Culiac\u00e1n, Sinaloa, 23 de enero de 2026.
