llama a los nuevos regidores a trabajar de la mano para completar la transformaci\u00f3n del municipio<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mazatl\u00e1n.- El nombre de Luis Guillermo Benitez Torres qued\u00f3 grabado en la historia de Mazatl\u00e1n esta tarde, como el primer Alcalde en asumir un segundo periodo consecutivo al frente del Gobierno Municipal 2021-2024, al rendir protesta en Sesi\u00f3n Solemne de Cabildo.<br \/>El Qu\u00edmico asegur\u00f3 que cumplir\u00e1 y har\u00e1 cumplir la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de la Rep\u00fablica, la del Estado y las leyes que de ella emanan, y desempe\u00f1ar patri\u00f3ticamente el cargo de Presidente Municipal Constitucional.<br \/>Benitez Torres tom\u00f3 la protesta de ley a la S\u00edndica Procuradora y regidores electos para el per\u00edodo del 1 de noviembre de 2021 al 31 de octubre de 2024, y los exhort\u00f3 a despojarse de colores partidistas y trabajar en conjunto para completar la transformaci\u00f3n de Mazatl\u00e1n.<br \/>&#8220;La \u00fanica manera de lograr llevar por el mismo rumbo que hemos transitado a este destino que hoy, gracias a la voluntad del pueblo nos toca como grupo como cabildo, como grupo colegiado estar al frente, es hacer a un lado las diferencias personales, las diferencias pol\u00edticas, porque es la \u00fanica manera de despojarnos de partidos, de creencias, para dedicarnos y entregarnos en alma y de coraz\u00f3n a servir a los mazatlecos que nos eligieron&#8221;.<br \/>A la toma de protesta del Qu\u00edmico Benitez Torres asisti\u00f3 Enrique D\u00edaz Vega, Secretario de Administraci\u00f3n Finanzas del Gobierno del Estado, en representaci\u00f3n del Gobernador Rub\u00e9n Rocha Moya; Felipe Alberto Valle Nieblas, en representaci\u00f3n del Supremo Tribunal de Justicia del Estado; y la Diputada Celia J\u00e1uregui Ibarra, en representaci\u00f3n del Congreso local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed queda integrado el Cabildo
